Founder & Owner
As Boss My Pad Founder and Owner, Leanne invests her soul and imagination into every property that she hosts and manages. Trained as a paralegal for government agencies, cities and the private sector, she has several years of experience in the legal and hospitality field and dozens of satisfied and happy guests and homeowners.
Leanne has been named Airbnb Ambassador for providing high-quality guest services and helping new hosts succeed with Airbnb, and she has a meticulous eye for design and details that provide all of her clients with record-producing revenue.
She has also been named a Premier Host on VRBO and is in the process of partnering with some high-end partners premiering luxury vacation rentals.
Leanne’s background helps with guest claims, legal issues, permitting and more, and she is involved in her business 7 days a week while maintaining one-on-one owner communication.s.
