  • How much does Boss My Pad charge?

    Below is a list of our current plans.


    Starter Plan: 10%


    List on our affiliated sites and obtain bookings for your plus a 2.0% dynamic pricing fee charged to your guests and we will set up messages for your automated - you'll need to pay for photography, staging, taxes, cleaning fees, permits - best for people self-managing.


    Junior Plan: 15%


    For co-hosting packages, you take care of paying cleanings, taxes, and permits.


    Pro Plan: 20%


    Full management wherein we handle everything from messaging to maintenance to hospitality to assistance with taxes, permits etc. Plus a one-time on-boarding fee.
